Keynote Speaker:        Within 30 minutes Including a 5-minute Q&A session
Invited Speakers:         Within 30 minutes Including a 5-minute Q&A session
General Presenters:     Within 20 minutes Including a 5-minute Q&A session

 Presentation Over: Bell once; Q&A session over: Bell twice
Please arrive near the rostrum at the venue at least 10 minutes before the start of the session you are presenting.

Presentation Files

We use an HDMI port (Type A) to connect to the projector.
Please save your presentation data on a laptop that supports HDMI and bring it with you.
Please test your connection to the projector at the venue well in advance of your presentation, using break times or other opportunities.
The screen aspect ratio is 16:9. If you wish, you may also use a laptop provided by the secretariat (OS: Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021)

Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive (Type A) to the
symposium.

Please send your final presentation data (limited to files created in PowerPoint) to the email address below.
We will load the data onto the laptop provided by the secretariat.

Poster Size

English Only
We recommend creating your poster in A0 (1189 X 841 mm) poster size.
Please print your poster yourself and bring it with you.
You will not be able to print posters at Waseda University during the symposium.

Display

Location: International Conference Center Building, 3rd Floor, Conference Room

Display Date and Time: The second day of the symposium, Friday, August 28 evening (doors open at 3:30 p.m).

Please put up your poster yourself before the session begins, and take it down and take it home with you after the Poster Session ends.

Light refreshments will be provided for participants.
